A Partnership for Living Well
We provide coaching & consulting to seniors, family and friends with concern or responsibility for an elder-loved-one and for seniors who want to ease the challenges in remaining independent, or for “Aging-in-Place.”
There’s so little time and so many —
√ decisions to make √ obstacles to overcome √ situations /details to manage
I know – I’ve been there – beginning with my husband’s stroke, then my step-dad and then with my mom.
Juggling the responsibilites of:
-
Creating systems to ease stress & encourage well-being
-
Helping to maintain their independence

-
Monitoring their safety
-
Keeping the family apprised & included
-
Hiring, training & managing home-care workers
-
Acting as their healthcare advocate & the contact point for medical personnel
-
Adding many carefree moments & happy days
Sounds like a lot to juggle — it was. It is for anyone.
You think things are ok, you’re managing, BUT you worry there’s something you’ve missed?
Your Dad says, he’s doing fine, just a little forgetful – you want to, ought to get there and check, yet work keeps you traveling and the kids need you, too — you don’t have to go it alone, working with me can help. You hired a home-health care company but you still wish … I could stop in an check with Dad to see if things are going well, and let you know.

Maybe - Your Mom wants – needs help, but she doesn’t want to be a bother, she’ll just “hire someone” – you wish you could check them out?
I can – stopping in to go over the specifics that need to be done, insuring everyone knows how Mom likes things — getting everyone on track. Aiding your peace of mind and hers, by keeping you in the loop.
I’m available by phone or in person, to provide you the information, resources, direction, feedback and support that make difficult situations less so. Let’s talk things over and see if and how I might help you and your loved ones – get the most good stuff out of the life you’ve got!
